  1. 1.Does the company foreclosing on you appear on your ORIGINAL mortgage or note as the lender?
  2. 2.Is there a complete, unbroken set of recorded assignments showing how your loan moved from the original lender to the party foreclosing?
  3. 3.Was any assignment of your mortgage recorded AFTER the foreclosure lawsuit was filed?
  4. 4.Do signatures on your documents look identical across different dates, or were they signed by a known 'robo-signer' (e.g., Linda Green)?
  5. 5.Is the notary block missing, undated, out of state, or dated differently from the signature it notarizes?
  6. 6.Did you receive a proper pre-foreclosure notice (breach letter / notice of default) with the required cure period BEFORE they sued?
  7. 7.When asked, can they produce the ORIGINAL 'wet-ink' promissory note you signed?
